All in one nappies are very like disposables. You do not have to worry about all the different types of inserts, no snapping of inserts or stuffing of pockets, as the absorbency is already attached. So it’s simply ready to use – you put on, take off, wash and dry and put it on again. 

 

There are various different style AIO nappies available. Some built into the nappy itself, or a flap style or a fold out insert. For example Brainy Bums has a tongue style insert attached which you can manipulate to suit the absorption you require.

To note though, that AIO nappies are known to be slow drying if the absorption is completely built in. So to speed up drying time that’s why the insert is attached instead.
